The authors reported laminated multilayer magnetic planar inductors for sensitive magnetic field detection, which consist of two serially connected sandwich planar inductors (i.e., FeCuNbSiB/micro planar coil/FeCuNbSiB/micro planar coil/FeCuNbSiB).
